Pros
Pro Team and calendar displays make weekly review easy
Weekly reviews are facilitated by handy team member buttons that bring up all tasks being handled by each team member. You can also use the calendar function to review tasks that were due during a week and update as needed during the weekly review.
Pro Fantastic mobile apps
The mobile apps for Nozbe are extremely well designed. It is easy to quickly add a task while you are on the run as a "place marker" that you can come back and amplify. At the same time, you can access and implement virtually every feature on Nozbe directly from your handheld.
Pro Nice and simple user interface
Nozbe is based on Getting Things Done (GTD), a productivity philosophy created by David Allen. However, you don't need to know the methodology to use the tool. You can just add projects, tasks, and attachments, and gradually learn to use the other features to organize your time even better.
Cons
Con No task dependencies
Nozbe has not yet implemented task dependencies or chain tasks, which allow you to sequence tasks in a project so that, as you complete the priority task, the next task in line automatically becomes the priority. It is a feature they are supposedly working on, however.
