Convection cooking helps you cook meals faster by using a fan to evenly distribute hot air throughout the oven's inside. The air blowing under, over and around your food helps it cook quickly and evenly. This is an advantage if you cook/bake for a lot of people and your food are always in huge batches.

Traditional ovens must fully warm to the time listed on your food's package before you can actually put food inside. That's not the case with this oven, its Frozen Bake technology will automatically calculate the cook time for you after you input the type of food/preheat temp found in the food's package. The convection fan quickly heats the oven cavity, saving you time and eliminating the need to preheat the oven.

The front burners have 'elements', 6" inner rings that are great for smaller pots and pans while 9" and 12" outer rings make room to heat larger cookware.

This oven's versatile rack system puts space to good use by allowing you to configure the stainless steel racks to seven different positions. It has 6.4 cu.ft of space, an advantage if you cook for a lot of people and make complex food that requires baking multiple ingredients.
