Con Dropped Wordpress integration
They used to have a Wordpress integration, when you could email people based on website activity. It was a very neat feature, and their product team for some unknown reason, decided to drop support for it.
Con Integration with Salesforce is clunky
Integration with Salesforce is so clunky you never know if it's working as you intended or not. You have to spend time figuring out why such and such Salesforce record was not included in the Mailchimp email and so forth.
