Updated
Paragon is a new MOBA that's currently in beta. The game is set in SMITE style 3rd person camera. And instead of item builds, Paragon makes use of character cards which you use to build a character in the game.
Specs
Pros
Pro Unique third person view
The camera in Paragon is located behind the character, which makes the game process more dynamic. Camera position is fixed, what means the character will be shooting and looking to the point reticle is aiming at. Damage is the same regardless of zone of hit on the enemy.
Cons
Con Still in Beta
Paragon is still in open beta and thus is working on issues with broken or overpowered characters, bugs and glitches, and sometimes just broken game mechanics. Many of which, they are not listening to the community about With the monolith update and major deck changes, A ton of the community jumped ship. Some tried to go back, but its just even more of a mess.
Con Wasted opportunity
The 3rd-person perspective could lend itself so well to a faster, action-packed MOBA experience, but the developer's insistence on slow paced games with the bloated card system relegates this MOB to simply another game trying to copy what has been done before with very little innovation.

Flagged Pros + Cons
Pro Kallari... To those of you that play.... you get it. MASTER KALLARI FTW!
Con Nothing to do with a MOBA
Don't call it a MOBA please, it has become a monotonous PvP game full of toxic players.
Out of Date Pros + Cons
Pro New hero every three weeks
Paragon promises to create and introduce a new hero to the game every three weeks. Each hero is also completely free to play (if you are new, you must unlock higher level heroes). Sometimes, there may be hero reworks as opposed to a new hero, but every three weeks a change to the current hero set is introduced.
Pro Unique card items
During matches, you gain amber, which can be used to purchase cards back at your base. You have 6 slots for cards, four active slots, and two passives, with a twist. The active slots can also be filled with passive cards. This is expanded upon outside of matches because you can personalize your deck using either the default cards or cards that you purchase using in game currency. There are six types of cards, being Order, Corruption, Fury, Growth, Intelligence, and Universal. Each character uses two types of cards, with universal cards being available to all characters. Using the deck building system, you can make a variety of different decks to suit different roles, like support or attack, and at the beginning of each game, you will have the choice of selecting which deck you would like to use.
Con Slow
The new map monolith has greatly increased action in game. Still 30-60 min games though
