Con No touchscreen, camera, or a microphone
No Touchscreen limits the abilities of the Pebble's app market. No camera, microphone, or color screen means no video chats on your watch. Lastly no microphone means no talking to your watch. Although this doesn't mean the Pebble Steel doesn't have a lot of useful features.

The Pebble is under active development and receives regular firmware and software updates. It is the largest and most successful cross-platform smartwatch, and has excellent support from a range of apps.
