Pros
Pro Mostly blister free
The development of blisters is dependent on how tough the sole of your feet is. People wearing these shoes should not develop blisters in conventional places such as in the toe box due to rubbing against the front or sides or the ankle area of conventional shoes. People without callused feet may get blisters on the bottom of their feet if they're walking on gravel or rocky terrain, at least until the bottom of their feet toughen up and adapt to the barefoot lifestyle.
Cons
Con Socks may get dirty depending on use, may need to change laundry approach
If you wear socks with these (recommended) they will get very dirty if you're in an environment that is dry and dusty. It's no big deal, just shake em out and launder them. But keep it in mind that there will be more dirt in your socks, so it may be desirable to change one's approach in doing laundry.
