Free and open-source fork of KeePassX that is actively maintained, the database in KDBX format is stored locally but it is possible to store it on OneDrive, Dropbox, Gdrive, Apple cloud etc. if you want more convenience.
Technically it is not 2FA, since this is not an authentication scheme and also because the expected response doesn't change every time you try to decrypt your database. It does, however, change every time you save your database.
