Ubuntu is bloated, but it has a large support team and users behind. Why not take advantage of this? If you have a problem in KDE Neon you can simply Search for it as a Ubuntu problem, that is if you know what to look for. Like: are you running Debian 8 or 9 or are you based on Ububtu 16.04 or 18.04 etc. I l...

It is a ubuntu respin and uses the ubuntu repos instead of creating their own full distro that completly focuses KDE and Qt.
