Pros
Pro Supports both voice and text communication
Curse Voice allows you to create a voice call, or text chat with your friends. This allows for flexibility - if you can't understand someone because of their accent, or if someone doesn't have a mic, or any other reason, you can still use the chatroom for typed messages instead of verbal ones.
Pro Game Integration and overlays
Curse Voice will display which game you and your friends are playing. In game overlays supported for 10 games as well, which you can find listed here.
Cons
Con Distasteful UI
Curse tends to clutter their app with many useless stuff, they do try to fit a great many things onto one tiny box. If the UI is something that you look in a program, this isn't for you.

Flagged Pros + Cons
Pro Easily record quick clips of gameplay
There is a key shortcut built into the app that allows users to record 15 second clips of video while they are gaming, that can then be shared with other Curse Voice users. This is useful for showing someone how to do something in game.
Out of Date Pros + Cons
Con Still in beta
The beta is an open beta but a user will have to register in order to get access, which can be limiting as well as time consuming. So while it is free, it may not be the best choice for a large group as access may be too much trouble.
Con The mobile app is bad
The mobile app has lots of bugs, glitches and even random shutdowns.
Con No IP & DDoS based protection
No ability to keep from being DDoS'd, or ability to hide ones IP to prevent attacks.
Con No browser support
Only supported as a downloadable client, where is, there are other competitors that do not require a download.
Con No server region choice
You cannot choose nor specify which location you'd like your server to be in.
Though it chooses the server region based on your geolocation.
