As the series moves forward there is more and more development of story. So as the series goes on there will be better developed characters that have a history that can be called upon to create very involved stories.
What will soon be going into its 14th season, Red vs Blue is a highly popular Machinima that has outlasted many famous TV shows and is most likely the most popular Machinima created ever. There is a reason for this of course as the show is pretty dang funny.
The premise is that the series is a spoof of the reality show Real World where multiple video game characters live in a house and live their lives. There are two teams of characters, terrorist and counter terrorists, each living in the same house and having humor themed conversations that should appeal to anyone who enjoyed those shows or are just looking for something funny.
The humor can be seen as a bit easy and sometimes misses the mark. So while the show is funny it can sometimes fall flat due to humor that may feel forced.
The show is pretty old with the last episode being created in 2010. In 2015 it was announced that a third series would be made, but it has yet to be released.
Headspace is very well designed, with simple navigation and clear progression between each session. For those that struggle to meditate every day, Headspace has designed a roadmap to help ensure you stay on your path, making it easy to take 10 minutes wherever you are to jump in and meditate. Like many "streak" apps, you collect accolades and achievements as you progress; you can also see your overall meditation time and what you have focused your sessions around.
Depending on what you're trying to achieve, Headspace has a range of different packs that focus around helping you reach your goals. If you're starting a new job; or if you're feeling unhappy in a relationship; or even if you just need help falling asleep at night, Headspace focuses meditation around your goal to help you adjust quickly to the right state of mind.
If you're new to meditation, Headspace is a great way to begin your journey and understand how meditation works. There are many guided packs and single sessions that teach you how to become more mindful and open up the world of meditation to people who have never meditated before.
I feel like the app is great as a helpful reminder and guide for keeping meditation encrusted as a part of your daily routine, especially for busier and more digitally oriented people, but more experienced meditators may be underwhelmed. As a counterargument though, it's not really a point of the practice to meet expectations.
