Pros
Pro Exceptionally comfortable for palm grips
The Mionix Naos 7000 gaming mouse was designed for a full five-fingered palm grip. It has concaved left and right buttons to help fingers stay in place, textured sides to help with grip, and supports for the thumb, ring, and pinky fingers. Larger than a typical gaming mouse, its ergonomic shape is very comfortable for long gaming sessions.
Pro Rather flat design makes this mouse much more comfortable than typical mouses.
If you lay your hand on the desk you'll notice it doesn't curl, it lays mostly flat, or it should. This mouse is wider and a little more flat than all other mice I've used, which provides a more natural, comfortable hand rest rather than the constant flex required by more typical mice. There's a reason keyboards aren't arched under our palms like mice, our hands don't naturally lay clenched.
Cons
Con Only fits small hands
The shape of this mouse will only fit you if you have small hands. At 18cm x 11 cm the mouse is too small to palm grip, and the shape makes other grips impossible.
Con Long ring finger drags mouse pad
The big space at the top right of the mouse causes the ring finger to drag the mouse pad, and when sweeping right, the mouse wants to drag the finger under it.
