The app will give an overview of each night's sleep. It will allow seeing the quality of your sleep, comparing nights to find patterns and ultimately take action to improve sleep.
Sleep analysis is improved by providing a space for nightly notes, so users are able to see correlation between stressful events and sleeping patterns.
The alarm is set by choosing a 10-90 minute window of when to be woken up. The app will analyze sleep patterns throughout the night and sound the alarm during the lightest phase of sleep within set interval.
