Pros
Pro Handles most archives. There is little difference in behaviour between an archive file and a regular folder.
Know any positive aspects of this option?
Cons
Con New releases are infrequent
It can be seen in https://quickgit.kde.org/?p=krusader.git that maintenance work is done in a continous fashion, but no new releases are provided.
Even though it is perhaps the more feature-rich file manager.
Know any negative aspects of this option?

Offer many configuration settings but the default ones are also OK for most part. It has a very good balance between power and simplicity. I would consider Krusader an alternative to Dolphin and Thunar for those looking for more options in the FM.

My big pro is that with the default configuration Krusader can do more than all the other file managers together and it can for 99% be used without mouse. I don't mind the KDE dependencies, only the size of it. My only con is that it doesn't work in a terminal.
