I have many issues that have kept me tossing and turning at night for 3 years. Anything advertising for sound sleep, I will try. I have been on medicine so powerful that even if you sleep for 8 hours, you still feel like a drugged zombie when you wake. I have only used this app for two nights but I am not tossing and turning. I sleep ALL NIGHT! I woke up today to the alarm and I had to question myself. “Did I really not wake once?” I did not. The medication I am on usually gives me very vivid, uncomfortable, frightening dreams. I didn’t have any. I hope the creators of Nightly read this as I want to give them a big virtual hug. See More
