She event takes into account social dynamics, outliers, exceptions, travel time and each participant's known preferences in order to maximize everyone's happiness. As she has more and more data to work with, she can arrange more preferable meetings.

No app or plugin to download. All that's needed is to share calendar with alex@skedool.it and provide Alex with meeting preferences. Alex can now be cc'ed whenever a meeting needs to be scheduled. He will hash out the details of the meeting based on set preferences.
The Chrome plugin integrates with Gmail webapp and Google calendar. It shows a bar at the bottom of the email and allows setting meeting length, location and available times and embeds that information in the email. The recipient then chooses from available options and both parties receive an invite.
Great for service driven organizations. It automatically sends out an email to get feedback on how the person feels about the meeting and the help they received.
Scheduling is done by handing out a form via URL. The form contains available dates and times (taken from a connected Google calendar) that the other party can choose from. Once the form is filled out, the meeting is added to the calendar.
