It's all about cash - support, new licenses policy, bugs. Not worth buying.

Two programmers coding - this means every release is full of bugs sometimes making this app unusable. Dev version is testing via community.

Irreplaceable. Not for casual users, but for committed email nerds. Have tried many others, from online ticket systems (multiple) to other email programs. The Bat, or specifically Voyager, the portable version of the Bat which I prefer, is without peer when it comes to control over email.
