People/Reviewers seem to think it’s still supported

Even though it’s been at least 2 years since the app has been supported, on Mac OS X (no updates since before the name change...) at least, this app is still showing up on recent lists by reviewers & see recent App Store ratings from people who just bought the app. It still works - on iOS considerably more so - and when it was being supported it was basically the best all around app, as can be seen based on the fact that it is getting by just fine now without any updates. This is very worrying, however, as people have to purchase the app (at least on iOS) - Apple needs to do something about this since new purchasers are effectively being swindled. See More

For example, there's almost nothing in regards to text matching with RegEx in the app or developer's website. The non-programmer/normal person is expected to figure it out on his own. When he finally does, he'll find that it doesn't work, further compounding his frustration. See More

JumpCut is a free clipboard manager. It was one of the first apps I installed when I made the switch from PC to Mac 5 years ago. It's lived in my menu bar ever since, outliving all kinds of snazzy high-tech clipboard managers (like Copied). When they crashed and slowed me down, JumpCut, AKA Ol' Faithful, was there like a loyal and unflinching friend. Never crashed once. Lightweight, reliable and holds 99 clips, all of them easily accessible from the menu bar. P.S. I thought it held 100. For the first time ever, I checked out Preferences - it's 99. Wasn't even sure the app HAD a preference pane, because I simply never had a need to change anything there. See More
