Pros
Pro Hours of gameplay
You could spend days going through just the main story itself, but there is a ton more content as well. Side missions add numerous more hours of gameplay, and one-off encounters can help keep you entertained as well. Depending on your mood, you might even just want to try abiding by all the laws and driving around. In-game, there's always something to do, and you have a choice of what you want to do during that particular gaming session.
Cons
Con Physics are frames-dependent
If you are running GTA:SA in more than 30FPS there will be some problems with physics (car autobraking, slooow swimming problems with hydroplanes etc.) you can always turn on frame limiter but on 25 FPS (30 in newer game versions) game will be unfluent.

Flagged Pros + Cons
Con The control scheme does not translate well to touch interfaces
For a game that was originally designed to be played with 14 physical buttons it can be difficult to translate that to a touch screen interface. Sadly that show when trying to play on a tablet or phone.
Pro Old is Gold
Everything is good from this game, even the bugs will make your gameplay much more better.
