Flagged Pros + Cons
Con Advertises itself as open source but is not
Xenko claim their engine is open source, but source code is only available to the upper subscription tiers (pro plus and custom) and may not be shared with anybody not in the same tier.
Out of Date Pros + Cons
Con Requires Xamarin for mobile development. Note: No longer needed
Xamarin is also free, though.
Con Beta is only free
Only the beta is free. The full version, in the later part of 2017, will not be.
