Resumable.js splits each file into smaller chunks, this way if the upload of a chunk fails, uploading is retried until the procedure completes. Used this on a client project last month, where we didn't have time to invest in setting-up S3 buckets etc. It did everything we needed it to. One slight niggle is there's no free tier, but since the client was paying, wasn't an issue. Would probably use it on more personal projects otherwise. See More
