IronCache has been built with scalability and availability in mind. It's highly concurrent and very easy to scale.
IronCache is a simple key-value store. As such, it does not support most of the functionalities that Redis has.
You can easily scale up the number of nodes at your disposal with a single click. There's no loss or corruption of data.
The free tier for MemCachier is not that good. It's maximum bucket size is 25MB and has a connection limit of 10 concurrent connections.
Each node has a replica which is used in those cases where the main node fails. If this happens, your data is served from the replica node automatically.
