Pros
Pro Light and portable
Stood can be folded and taken anywhere by using the same rubber band that avoids the laptop to fall off due to accidental bumps. Simply unmount it and attach it to your laptop (or to your laptop sleeve). Got a Laptop sleeve? It's thin, so you probably can simply slide it in!
Pro Stays connected via rubber band
the Laptop Stand made of Wood can be moved around without having to detach the stand from the laptop. This is perfect for things like Skype calls, where the stand and laptop can be transported while keeping one hand free. Stood is simple, portable, and light.
Accidental bump? Not a problem, the rubber band will keep your laptop where it should stay.

Flagged Pros + Cons
Con Band's location has potential to snag or cause issues with the keyboard and trackpad
The entire unit is secured to the laptop using one rubber band. This can be seen as a pro or a con, and it should be noted that the rubber band is not required for Stood's functionality.
The primary issue regarding the rubber band is its location, which is right between the most essential parts of the computer. The band's location increases the probability of it being snagged, especially for users wearing watches.
Another issue with the band's location is that it spans an uneven area. The space between the trackpad and the keyboard has a divot, meaning that part of the rubber band will not be in contact with the device's surface.
Lastly, if the band were to be moved in any direction, it would either be making contact with the track pad or the keyboard. There is absolutely no room to spare. While width may be essential for the band's strength, it could prove to be inconvenient for some users, depending on individual habits and preferences.
Con List price is high relative to what it costs to build the unit
Users are uncomfortable with Stood's price because the materials (plywood and a rubber band) are extremely cheap and the product could be replicated for a fraction of the price.
While Stood is cheap relative to many other stands made of carbon fiber, users' concerns seem to be founded in the fact that the cost of goods sold per item is minuscule in comparison to list price.
