Pros
Pro At-home-coaching
While watching the screen on your phone, Moov Now can take you through workouts at home by. Such workouts are push-ups, sit-ups, and cardio boxing. Cardio boxing requires 2 trackers (one for each wrist), but works similar to guitar hero where you swing as the icons move towards you.
Pro Real-time feedback during runs
As long as you have your phone with you, it will provide real-time feedback based on the workout you selected (walking/running, cycling, swimming, home workouts). Such feedback includes pace tracking (if you are above/below pace it will tell you how far off you are), as well as workout-specific feedback (for example, while cycling it can suggest when you should switch gears).
Cons
Con Sync not the best
It is syncable for Strava and Mapmyfitness - but not by hand. Works only for the workout you just did. No older ones. Heart rate data can be collected but is not syncable.
Con It's a single-purpose wearable, only useful for tracking workouts
The Moov Now doesn't have a screen or any buttons - it won't sync notifications with your phone or even display the time. It is purely focused on workouts and active time.
