Variety is a desktop wallpaper manager written in Python 3 for use on all the major Linux desktop environments (KDE Plasma, GNOME, Xfce, LxQt, Enlightenment, etc.), capable of downloading new wallpapers in the background according to customizable search patterns and applying them on a regular schedule. It can also apply photo effects to them and add a random quotation and digital clock to the desktop.
