Con Character widths are not consistent between regular and bold

I've been using this font for years now after trying a bunch of fonts. I found the characters to be more distinct and easy on the eyes. Every now again I try out another font but I keep going back since nothing else is quite as good.

Con Dotted zero characters are less distinguishable than slashed zero characters
Inconsolata-g replaces the slashed zero of Inconsolata with a dotted zero, which actually reduces the distinguishability of zero characters from capital O characters.
