The Zotac GTX 1050 Mini is the best GTX 1050 card for a price/performance ratio. It packs relatively high performance and is cheaper than most GTX 1050 cards on the market. It's also quite small and can fit almost any chassis, making it perfect for smaller builds. It's a bit noisy though. Under heavy load a slightly audible noise can be heard from the fan.

Pros
Pro Small body factor
The Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 Mini is the smallest GTX 1050 card on the market. While size is not a very important factor when choosing a graphics card, it's still something to consider. For special cases where the build needs to be super compact, the Zotac GTX 1050 Mini is a perfect fit.
Cons
Con Some audible noise can be heard from the fan
Under heavy load there is some slight, but audible noise that can be heard from the fan at 40.6dB (measured at a distance of 15cm from an open chassis). With a closed chassis and from a relative distance the noise is very subtle, but it's there.
