This is the best under $500 movie cinema projector for a low budget. It costs less than the popular under $1000 options, but delivers a comparable picture. Also it does well both as a business projector and a movie projector.

Pros
Pro Very good picture quality
BenQ TH670 is a very bright projector with amazing contrast and vibrant colors. Native resolution of 1920x1080 produces a detailed Full HD picture.
It has a white brightness of 3000 lumens. The projector is bright enough to deal with ambient light in a family room.
For an inexpensive HD projector, the TH670 has amazing contrast. A contrast ratio of 10 000:1 means there is a reasonably large difference between the blacks and whites this BenQ projects on the screen. This helps create a lifelike picture. As for TH670’s competitors, the contrast ratio is boosted by BrilliantColor technology. Unlike for its competitors though, you can disable BrilliantColor on this BenQ. You can turn it on for better contrast, or turn it off for better colors, depending on the content.
Pro A fairly long-lasting lamp
It has a lamp life of 4000 hours in Performance Mode. If you use it in Eco-Mode only, it will last up to 10 000 hours - twice as long as an average projector lamp. In case the lamp dies or you want it to be as bright as new again, a replacement lamp costs $199.
