There are 6 incline positions on this machine which have to be manually adjusted if you want to increase the level of incline.

This elliptical machine has a stride length of 20 inches. This is a comfortable length for the majority of people and is common for most of the gym equipment.

There are two integrated levelers and two center frame supports that makes for a solid base platform. The oversized crossbar tubing and perimeter weighted flywheel add even more stability to the machine.

There are 20 levels of resistance on this elliptical. Resistance can be increased by pressing buttons on the console.

There is a fan at the bottom center of the console/monitor that blows air at your direction and cools you off during the workout.
