Pros
Pro It's a great pan at a reasonable price
This simple $25-dollar grill pan is equally as good or even better than many $100-200 alternatives. The thick cast iron base holds heat very well and distributes it evenly, making cooking very easy. It's pre-seasoned, and with some vegetable oil added before grilling, the cleaning is almost as easy as with the more expensive non-stick surface pans.
Cons
Con It requires regular maintenance
Although cast iron remains a superior material for grilling, it requires maintenance to stay clean and rust-free. It's best if you use some vegetable oil for cooking, wash and dry the pan right after use (as long as you give it a little time to cool off), and store it in a dry place.
