Recs.
Updated
A compact and versatile external USB audio box with 24Bit/192Khz D/A and 7.1 speaker support with a bunch of inputs and outputs. It allows you to connect your PC/laptop/gaming console to a home-theater or a stereo system, to record your vinyl records and to control the volume levels with the large knob on top of the box. Especially for the price this is quite versatile audio interface for home entertainment and gaming uses. But in case one of your main obejctives is to record stuff I would look for other alternatives, possibly the Focusrite Solo.

Pros
Pro Versatile
Lot of different inputs and outputs and the large volume knob make this box an ideal option for someone who needs versatililty. Although it isn't specifically aimed for people who need to record a lot of things from various audio sources, it still does have a stereo line-in which would be ideal for connecting it to an amplifier which would allow you to record, for example, your vinyl records on your computer. It also has a mic-in for simple audio recording purposes.
Cons
Con Included drivers don't provide ASIO support for Windows 10
The included drivers don't - at the time of the writing - include a support for ASIO in Windows 10 environment. This is mostly a problem for people who do more professional recording though, so it shouldn't be a problem for the common user. There is supposedly a fix for this as well.
