Horrible bloated mess
It was originally made by a redditor because reddit's own image hosting was too cumbersome and slow. It was fast and lightweight. Drag an image, get a link to the image, there was nothing else no comments no cats popping up on the screen. Now it's basically its own social platform.

Ben's Experience
CloudUp is made by the team behind WordPress and is perfect for sharing images/photos. It is very easy to use. Free for up to 1000 items. Nice grid layout! Re-order images inside a album/folder, … I use it since many years and I love it!

Easy to use
After dragging & dropping files, a link for sharing will be in your clipboard. You can also paste from your clipboard into the web view. When you share a stream with someone they can start viewing it even before all files have been uploaded. All this makes it easy and straightforward to use.

Media can viewed instantly
When uploading videos, photos or audio, CloudUp will transcode a version of the media so that it can be viewed right from within the app without requiring a download.

CooperativeIshum's Experience
I've been using freeimage.host for a year now and they have really good UX and best of all it's free and without any annoying ads. I can upload my high-res photos without any compression or quality loss and they provide me with all the embed-links I can wish for. Really fast and really good service!
