This great manual coffee grinder is made with high quality materials and looks great as well. It grinds coffee well at the fine to medium setting, but the quality using the coarse setting may be questionable. Still, the better alternatives can only be had at much higher price points.

Pros
Pro Excellent quality for a low price
This grinder is relatively cheap, but it has really good components such as the ceramic burrs and the finely crafted glassware. It has a simple design, but it still looks good without having excess decorations. It can easily fit in with the looks of your kitchen.
Pro Simple to use
This grinder is very simple to use. You just have to open the lid, pour in some beans, close the lid and start grinding them. Once finished, the coffee will be collected collected in the glass container at the base. The glass container is transparent, so you can easily see how much coffee it has in it.
Pro Durable burrs
The burrs are made out of ceramic, which is more durable than steel and can remain sharp twice as long as steel burrs. They are however, not as sharp as steel burrs. Despite the durability, the burrs can be easily damaged if there is a hard or metallic object mixed in with the coffee beans.
Cons
Con Uneven grind consistency
The larger the grind setting, the more difficult it is to retain grind consistency. This is due to reduced stability of the burrs at coarser settings. Fine and medium grinds will be great, but most coarse grinds will turn out uneven. This can be circumvented via modifications, but these will void your warranty.
