The DivaCup is one of the best-known cups and also one of the largest. If you’ve got a long vagina, this is a great cup. It's available in two sizes and comes with a cotton pouch for proper storage.

Pros
Pro Needs to be emptied less often
The DivaCup cup is longer than most on the market, so it holds a lot of blood. So even with a heavy flow, it's safe to leave it in for stretches of 8 hours. You can feel safe leaving it in overnight, or go about your day without worries of overflowing.
Cons
Con Bad for beginners
The Diva Cup is longer than most other cups, so a beginner with a medium or short cervix might find it uncomfortable and assume that all menstrual cups are uncomfortable. This is not the case, and while it can be a challenge to find a cup that fits and feels the best for your body, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. So, if you're not sure whether you have a high, medium, or low cervix, try a slightly shorter cup instead, like MeLuna Classic. A short cup for a high cervix might not work as well, but at least the discomfort won't put you off the whole idea of menstrual cups.
Con Needs rinsing after each use
You need to rinse it out after emptying, and most public bathrooms do not have a sink in the stall. This makes it awkward to clean in any place that doesn't have a sink right beside the toilet, and can lead to awkward situations in public restrooms. This is common for all menstrual cups.
