The Baby Jogger Summit X3 is a mid-range priced jogging stroller, but has features usually only found in more expensive models. It can act as a travel system and you can use its frame to support car seats for smaller infants. You can also use this stroller for non-jogging activities because of its lock/swivel wheels.

Pros
Pro The suspension allows you to jog with your child on rough terrain
Thanks to the air-filled rubber 16" and 12" tires and all-wheel suspension, you can bring this stroller to any terrain and not worry about your child being bumped around on his seat. The wheels act as a natural suspension, and they contribute and work together with the suspension to absorb bumps and ensure your child stays steady on his seat.
Pro The safety tether is attached to the bottom frame, preventing the stroller from toppling over when you fall down
The meter-long strap that you put around your wrist prevents the stroller from rolling away from you when you accidentally let go of the handle. Or if you trip over and fall down, you will not bring the whole stroller crashing with you since the leash is affixed to the bottom part of the stroller, unlike what would happen if the leash was short and attached to the handlebar.
Pro You can use this stroller with a car seat
Parents can attach car seats to this stroller to use it for every day, non-jogging use with their small infants. However, you should not use this stroller to jog with a child below 8 months old, since they still cannot handle the stress brought about by the bumps on the road.
Pro You can easily lock or swivel the wheel using a lever near the handlebar
Unlike all the other strollers that require you to bend down and manually lock the front wheel yourself, the Summit X is equipped with a lock lever located at the right side of the frame that you can easily reach. This is very convenient for parents who frequently switch between fixed and swivel modes when they are jogging and walking at intervals.
Pro The canopy protects your child from the sun but does not block air from coming through
The three-fold canopy extends to cover the sun up to your child's knees. The three mesh windows can be openedfor good air circulation. At the sides are two mesh windows and a back window that can be exposed when the seat is fully reclined, providing comfort for your child especially during warm days.
Pro Has a harness that cannot be easily undone by your child
Your children are safe and secured with the 5-point padded harness. It is easy for parents but difficult for the kids to unbuckle because pressure needs to be applied on the lock. You can run in peace without worrying that your child might jump off mid-run.
Cons
Con You cannot adjust the handlebar's height
The Summit X3's handlebar is fixed at a fairly high 40" from the ground. You cannot adjust it to match your height, which is an inconvenience for short parents since their arms will be at a weird angle while running and may cause shoulder muscle injuries after prolonged use.
