Pros
Pro Clean and Clear visuals make for a very cool arcade-like experience
Rocket League's fantastic art style makes gameplay feel really clear and easy to understand at all times. The bright colors and crisp visuals also gives it that arcadey "pop" that makes it feel a lot more exciting than other car games.
Pro Exciting physics dimension give a delightful sense of exaggerated abilities
Rocket League relies on a heavily stylized physics system, where cars practically fly when they collide with each other or hit ramps. This makes for a more thrilling gameplay experience than more realistic car games offer.
Pro Great for quick play sessions
Each game has a time limit of 5 minutes, pausing only when one team scores and the ball is reset to mid-field. By keeping each session short, Rocket League works well for people that want to play a quick game or aren't able to commit to lengthy play sessions.
Pro Customization of cars is creative and fun
With frequent DLC updates, there are quite a few cars to choose from, including the DeLorean from Back to the Future and the Batmobile from the Batman series. The player can create a fully customized car using options ranging from choice of paint scheme, color, paint type (gloss/flat, etc.), wheels, boost color, hat, and antenna toppers.
