Pros
Pro Can handle heavy-duty jobs very well
The 5800 RPM motor can deliver up to 1800 W of rough power. This is an impressive result for a battery-powered tool, since even the majority of corded saws are less powerful. With this power tool, you can easily cut thick, heavy-duty hardwood and plywood profiles.
Pro Two batteries included, for non-stop work
As this tool set includes two batteries and a charger, you can run the circular saw almost non-stop by charging one battery while working with the other one. It will take you up to 60 minutes to fully charge a battery, and a single charge, according to the DeWalt's internal tests, is enough for cutting 2" x 4" pine wood up to 339 times.
Cons
Con Heavy and unsuitable for overhead use
Weighing 10.4 pounds, this is one of the heaviest 7-1/4" saws available on the market. This heaviness is caused almost entirely by the battery, which takes about 30% of the total weight. This makes it very hard to use this tool overheads, as it might cause severe muscle fatigue.
