There is a drag and drop feature that allows you to create your own workouts. Because of the ability to see how each exercise will act on specific muscles, this is a great app for creating corrective workout plans.

The app uses a 3D model that you can rotate, zoom in, and view 3 layers of muscle.

iMuscle 2 explains how an exercise acts on both the primary and secondary muscles.
