As someone who used Tiny Tiny RSS for many, many years (and sill likes it) I will say that FreshRSS is noticeably faster. Feed checks are quick and jumping into the menus to configure it is effortless.
Cons
Con Does not support TLS
The client is unable to read feeds using a secure connection with TLS.

Hasn't seen any updates since 2014.
