Pros
Pro Great material for easy grip
Pro Extremely adjustable DPI
You can change the DPI from 50-16400. This isn't as important for MMOs, but different genres (like FPS) will benefit from this.
Pro 16M + LED colors
Variety of LED colors to suit any mood, or to match colors with the current game/desktop theme.
Pro Adjustable acceleration
You can configure the acceleration settings from 0-30g through software.
Pro Intuitive hexagonal button placement
The design of the button placement allows the user to intuitively click each without having to look at what they are pressing.
Cons
Con No scroll wheel side-click
Most mice these days have this feature. This one lacks the ability to rock the wheel left or right. Not a huge con, but it means 2 fewer functions.
Con Glossy coating is slippery
Having a gloss coat on the top of the mouse causes excess sweat to build up easily which then makes the mouse slippery. A matte finish would have been ideal but sadly is not available for this model.
Con Side buttons are too sensitive
Accidental clicks happen too frequently with the Nag Hex due to the over sensitive button switches.
