When comparing The FOO Show featuring Will Smith vs Battle Dome, the Slant community recommends Battle Dome for most people. In the question“What are the best HTC Vive games?” Battle Dome is ranked 38th while The FOO Show featuring Will Smith is ranked 49th. The most important reason people chose Battle Dome is:
In one of the modes, the two teams have to paint the ground ahead of them to advance. Teams can teleport (this is the game's movement system) only onto paint of their team color in this mode. You can equip a short-range paint gun at the cost of having another weapon, so it's a matter of prioritising the objective. Controlling more paint on the field lets your team go closer to the front lines, where better cover and the objective is for that map, but you're vulnerable standing out in the open painting.

Pros
Pro Interesting concept
While not necessarily a game per say, The Foos Show does offer some content that is playable. While it has yet to be sen if every episode will offer this, the first episode does have a portion of the game Firewatch playable with VR.
This could potentially be a bit like a weekly demo of new and upcoming projects that focus on VR, with the packaging of a talk show to boot.
Pro Neat game mechanics

Pro Variety of maps and modes
Trippy anti-gravity upside-down maps, king of the hill modes, kill the core, etc.
Pro Active devs
Regular updates, community interaction on subreddit, etc.
Pro Fun gameplay
Cons
Con Does not offer much content currently
Aimed at releasing episodes weekly, there is currently only one episode available. It is also in Early Access, meaning it is not currently ready for prime time.
The shows itself offers a bit of interactivity through a demo portion of Firewatch made for virtual reality, which can be played in room scale or standing, which is a small portion and limiting as a whole experience.
Con Population not always the best
Can find a match at peak times easily but otherwise not too good.
Con Very dated graphics
Graphics are a work in progress, but currently not that good.
