Project and todo's are such a small part of Pipefy. Example: You can create a 'pipe' to deal with web clippings. Clip them to the 'inbox' and the get triggered to actually do something with them, not just store them. You can have web visible 'start forms' that allow, for example a client to submit a change request and it automatically goes to your pipe connected to your client.
