Con No IRC or XMLL gateways
Microsoft has a very bad track of not using standards, such an example was when they dropped the Skype API after buying it. Doubtful Microsoft Teams would contradict it.

It takes some time to get accustomed to all the features of the program, like a separate chat and a feed for team posts.
