Pro Follows the manga as closely as possible
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood's writing and production was overseen by the writer of the manga, in order to ensure the accuracy of the content.
Pro Well-developed characters
Every single character background is very curated and deep.
At the end you'll know not only the story of the two protagonists, but also everything around.
Pro No filler
Because this new edition of the show follows the manga so closely, and was produced towards the end of the manga's release, there isn't any filler added.
Pro Funny and serious
Can pass through funny moments, and can become very dark.
Cons
Con Has a really dark plot
Con Cliche
It's just another anime where one guy gets all the girls and there are many fanservice scenes. Overall, there are many animes like that, but here, they could have gone a different route with this "game". The plot is very weak and predictable, so that's why it is "cliche", as there are thousands of anime series similar to this.
If you want fanservice, go for High School DxD or To Love Ru. If you want a gaming-related plot, go for Log Horizon, Overlord, Quanzhi Gaoshou or even KonoSuba. SAO should've finished in 14th episode of the first season. The rest is just waste of time.
