The Antilop, along with all other IKEA products, is BPA free.
BPA or Bisphenol A is a chemical that is used to make most plastics. It can seep into food or drinks stored in containers made with BPA. It is unsafe to be exposed to BPA, especially for children.

The Antilop can easily be disassembled and cleaned. You can take off each aluminum leg from the holes under the seat. Since it is made of plastic, you can wash it down with soap and water.

A 3-way harness from the waist and crotch part is included with the Antilop to ensure your child's safety when seated.

If you have more than one Antilop at home, you can take off the trays and stack the high chairs together to lessen the storage space.

If you take the tray off and have your toddler sit on the fabric where their legs are meant to be inserted, it can double as an ordinary lawn or outdoor chair.

The legs, which open and measure at 28" x 28", are very sturdy. Since the legs are far apart, you do not need to be worried about your child tipping over.

You can clean the Pop N Sit by wiping it with a wet cloth. Or you can take off the fabric from its aluminum frame and pop it in the machine for a more thorough clean.

This high chair has a little pocket at the back perfect for essentials like wet wipes, hand sanitizers, etc.

You can use this product straight out of the box. Just snap the legs open, put your child in, slide the tray in, and voilà - feeding time. No need to attach separate parts since this high chair is simply a frame with fabric slipped in the metal arms and legs.
