Britax B-Ready Stroller vs Nuna Tavo

Sort of like a bunk bed, the Britax B-Ready can carry two children at the same time. Usually, the older child would be placed at the bottom seat while a smaller car seat can be placed on the upper level. This is better than a conventional (side-by-side) double stroller since it takes up less floor space.

This is a travel system stroller which means it is compatible with other baby products such as car seats and bassinets without the need for extra attachments or adapters. All you need to do is to put either the seat/bassinet, click it in place, and go.

This stroller may look bulky but you can easily fold it by pulling the white lever strategically placed on either side of the handlebar. With one pulling motion, the stroller folds in half and can stand on its handlebar.

The canopy or the overhead covering is made of breathable fabric and will keep your child cool and comfortable even during sunny days. It also has UV 50+ protection against the sun's harmful rays.

The Britax B-Ready is a bit on the expensive side, but you will get the most value for your money. Because of its 12 versatile seating options, this stroller can be used from birth up to when your child is bigger, avoiding the need to buy different strollers as they age.

This stroller is equipped with foam-filled rubber tires which never go flat no matter what terrain you traverse. They are also equipped with suspension for smoother rides.

When the backrest is reclined to its lowest position, the leg rest can be adjusted inwards to a 90-degree angle which creates a bassinet for your baby. You can use the two pieces of fabric hidden under the leg rest to enclose the sides of the stroller by clipping each piece to the side of the frame. If you fully recline the seat, you baby will have a cozy and safe place to rest.

On the canopy there are mesh windows that you can open to let air in. One is on top of the canopy, mainly used by parents to check in on their child and other two are by the back part of the seat. You can open them all, which allows more air flow and will keep your child cool and comfortable.

You can use the Nuna Tavo with an infant cushion to support your small infant, keeping them snug and comfortable. Since its seat is wide and roomy (measuring 25 inches from the tip of the canopy), it can easily accommodate even bigger children.

The Tavo has a large concave canopy, with a pop-out sun visor and an extension drape to cover your child and protect him/her from harmful sun rays.

Most parents find single brakes less of a hassle compared to stepping on 2 brakes for each wheel. The brake-lever is strategically placed in the middle of both wheels for easy access when braking.

The frame of the basket has springs that you can push downwards whenever you need to get something from the basket. This is very convenient especially when the seat is fully reclined since you do not have to push the seat up in order to reach for things inside the basket.

This seat can be reclined into 4 angles including an almost flat recline suitable for newborns. Most strollers can only accommodate children from 6 months onwards because they are unable to recline to an angle that can support smaller babies.
