Con Simple Android app
You can only track time in the app, no dashboard or reports. Although It don't seem to be the case with iOS version.
Con Simple Desktop & Linux apps
Limited features, can only track time with no reports or dashboard page. Mac version is better.
Con Stable version requires Chrome
The stable version of Toggl on Linux installs as a Chrome app thus Chrome has to be installed on the machine and run (it can be run as a process in the background). A native client is in the works, but it's still in beta.
