The Samsung Q6FN reproduces some high-quality dark scenes thanks to its high native contrast ratio and great overall uniformity of its blacks. This TV performs on par with the best competitors in its price range when it comes to displaying some inky dark scenes.

The TV's native contrast ratio of 6700:1 ensures that the Q6FN can deliver solid, deep shadows while displaying a dark scene. In its price category, only a few other TVs can reach such performance. Additionally, the blacks don't look washed-out or degraded due to the TV's high black uniformity that measures at the 0.6% standard deviation - something only high-end TVs can offer.

The Samsung Q6FN delivers substantially more colors than it's equally-priced competitors. It can produce more than 90% of the DCI-P colors while its closest competitors are limited to 85%.

From games to movies, sports and use as a PC monitor, the NU7100 is a good TV for diverse usage. The balance of low input lag, good picture quality, and decent motion handling make sure of it.

Even though the NU7100 doesn’t have local dimming, watching TV in the dark is not a problem due to amazing black uniformity - the blacks are even and there are no clouding issues.

Contrast is remarkable too – blacks are deep, and whites are bright.

The TV is a great option for a PC monitor. Not only does the NU7100 have ideal low input lag thanks to the “_PC_” and “Game” modes, it also features support for most resolutions, except 1440p.
