Cons
Con UI
The default admin UI feels a bit old. Many institutions use the APIs instead.
Con Thumbnail preview slower than others
Other tools display the thumbnail preview images in the overview much faster. For example ACDSee is extremely fast, StudioLine is faster, too. On Daminion I first see a gray box then after at least 1 second the thumbnail is displayed. Also Lightroom 5 doesn't have such loading times.
