Tasks can create events on your calendar if you set a due date and time. It also syncs the state (completed).

The setup page of a task takes only a single page, which makes it fast and easy add one. But there are still a lot of options available, like:

• date and time
• repeating
• priority (four different colors)
• category
• list
• reminder (by time or location, different ringing schemes)
• attachement
• description
• hide until
• add to calendar
• timer

Widgets can be truly customized. You can set a filter by automatic list (today, recent, uncategorized) or tag or list. There is a light, a black and a dark theme, plus a color setting. The opacity can be set, as well as the font size. Then you can decide to show the header, the settings, the due date, or the checkboxes.

Tasks allows you to import your data from Astrid.

The app allows creating a party with other people and go on a quest together. Here, your actions affect not just you, but everyone else in the party as well. If you fail a task, the party loses health, if you complete a task, the party gains experience, etc.

The app takes cues from role playing games by having a system that rewards certain behavior with experience points, levels, and gear upgrades. It also allows you to set custom rewards that you come up with yourself such as watching an episode of your favorite TV show.
