MeisterTask offers a free plan that includes unlimited tasks and projects, as well as two integrations of the user's choice.

MeisterTask has integrations with Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, GitHub, BitBucket, Zendesk, Zapier, and MindMeister. You can even get a personal URL to subscribe to your tasks, schedule, etc. via any calendar program that supports the iCal format (e.g. MacOS default calendar application, or maybe even Fantastical 2 on the same platform).

The email-to-task integrations allows you to send emails to Azendoo to create tasks or conversations.

Unlike team chat discussions, threaded conversations help you stay on topic, allowing you to get back to it easily without losing context. Additionally, the "create a task from conversation" feature enables us to take actions from team discussions.

You can use the board view for the development process, the list view for bug tracking and calendar view for setting deadlines for example.
